  2. Hi Kevin,

I just stumbled across your site and am interested to see what you’re doing at 3rd.Kenosha. I assume you’re working with Micha in some way – we met a couple of weeks ago to talk about streetscaping. I’m the developer of ‘The Village At Central Park’ at 8th/Peoria in Tulsa. Not sure if you’re bsed in Tulsa now or operate from California, but let me know if you’d like to meet up sometime. We office from 754, S. Norfolk – one of the homes at the Village.

I like the designs and specs that you’re working on at Kenosha, and very supportive of it: the more critical mass of new housing options we can create in Downtown, the more demand will grow.

  3. Hello Kevin
Jeanne Gillert suggested I call you. She said you would be willing to work with Non Profits. I’m with Tulsa Children’s Museum. We are in the process of trying to find somewhere for us to office and also use as storage. We’d like something that is 800 sq ft or larger. We are in need of immediate occupancy.

    Please Call me at 850 2204 or 296 9535

    Thanks Diane Dudley
